The goal of any
language arts program should be to equip the student for a lifetime of
communication through the written and spoken word. This developmental,
integrated program based on Ruth Beechick's philosophies was designed
especially for homeschoolers with this goal in mind. With Learning
Language Arts through Literature, your student will acquire a deeper
understanding and a greater interest in the language arts subjects. Through
reading and literature, your student will learn and master skills in
language, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, writing mechanics, creative
writing, critical thinking, and more. Students will achieve a higher
understanding and retention of language arts skills by learning language
arts in the context of literature and writing. The Student Book is
easy to use and helps keep the student organized. The Teacher's Book is
written in conversational format making it easier than ever to use with
