You pay only postage . 10% restocking fee after 30 days from ship date. 20% restocking fee after 90 days from ship date. 10% restocking fee added each month thereafter. Returns must be with our express approval via email and a return authorization number which must be on your package and your paperwork. Your paperwork will provide a return address. Returns without our return authorization number on the outside of the package are subject to refusal or a restocking fee at our discretion. *A charge back against free shipping will apply if your return causes your purchase to fall below our free shipping offer. All returns must be in new, resalable condition. Shrink wrapped CD's or other electronic media must not be opened.
